Item #1 News and notes

	1) Editor for the month of September is Ed Aboufadel.

	2) FTP to speedway.net has been restored. Back issues of YMN
are available in pub/ymn. For lack of space on speedway I had to  use
some compression. For now it's Unix's compress, although I will
replace it with zip (there is a pkzip/unzip port to DOS)
To restore, for example ymn6.Z, back to ASCII use:  uncompress ymn6

	3) Charles reports that the official count as of this week is
315 members.
